mehn...it was always like this,,,the seating arrangement during school functions at the same place...one memorable event is when a donating group from Washington visit the school back in 2003, a lady finish talking and was waiting for questions from the students but no one bothers... so she said that she will point at one student...at the same time all heads were bowed down...that makes our late Principal laugh...and he realized how unexposed are the RHS students...but anyway it is a memory to be treasured
