Seek Wisdom - Atuara Buokara
First, i want to thank the administrators and all those who have assisted in the development of this website. Secondly, my apologies as this is not a discussion topic but it just sharing the best part of my life that is when schooling at RABI HIGH SCHOOL (RHS).
I could not adapt to the new life and forget my school days at RHS when i was in other urban schools here in Suva to complete my Form 7. I always wish that there is Form 7 at the school. I miss the environment, the people, the teachers, and the life i use to at RHS. But then life goes on.......i still can recall the walkathon we usually take from Buakonikai .... a one week walkathon.....lol....it's tiring and a kind of discouragement to students......imagine during bad weather, we still have to make our way to the school...nothing changes!....i just can imagine the need for this place. It looks old but i know now that despite it's conditions and the difficulties we face to reach this place, i believe that she is the ONE that gave us and show us the LIGHT at the end of the journey.....all the advisors and teachings from our teachers are the small lights along the path that guide us to the right end of the road. I cherished all the beatings and crowling received from my teachers who are still now giving their best to the students of RHS. There is nothing we lack being an EX RHS......i think we are the most fortunate students on earth! I did not regret any single day at RHS.....
I still can remember the time we get the beating infront of the Staff Room by the VP - Master Ientaake Karakaua as we were caught eating outside the classroom during Maths class....also involve in stealing the pineapples and sometimes just stay in the toilet waiting for the end of what we call boring classes....and watching fightings here and there.... luckly have not involve in one! lol....
To conclude, to my fellow new families at RHS, make the most it while you are there so that by the time you complete, there won't be any regrets!
